Shipping & Returns

Deliveries will be collected within two working days by DPD.

Returns are accepted if the items received are damaged during transit, however we cannot accept a return on product which has been opened or tampered with.

If you do need to return an item, please email support@silvie.org with pictures of the damage, and we will organise a return for you. You will be refunded when the item has been received by us.
